Salesforce Solution Architect – Senior Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Opportunity

weSource is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for a Senior Manager-level opportunity

This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, design effective Salesforce solutions, and guide their implementation and delivery.

While this is a senior leadership role, the candidate should remain technically strong, hands-on when required, and comfortable getting involved in Salesforce solution design and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions based on client business and technical requirements
• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and business objectives
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions
• Guide technical teams throughout solution design, development, integration, and implementation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Support solution implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting when required
• Work with stakeholders to address complex technical and business requirements
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with client objectives
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations with clients
• Mentor and provide guidance to Salesforce professionals and technical teams
• Stay current with Salesforce capabilities, emerging technologies, and integration approaches
• Remain involved in hands-on technical and solution design activities when needed

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant Salesforce experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation
• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and enterprise technology environments
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Industry Clouds
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage

Important: This is not a purely managerial or advisory role. The successful candidate should have a strong technical Salesforce foundation, substantial solution design and implementation experience, and be willing to remain hands-on when required.
