Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to support a major nCino implementation within the banking sector, combining requirements gathering, business analysis, and high-level solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Core and nCino solution designs.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Drive solution discussions, challenge requirements where necessary, and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Core.
• Proven experience in requirements engineering and business analysis.
• Strong solution design capability with an understanding of the bigger-picture architecture and business outcomes.
• Experience working on Salesforce implementation programmes.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• nCino implementation experience.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working within complex enterprise transformation projects.
