Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support Salesforce implementation, system upgrades, and new feature deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Ensure data quality, system security, performance, and compliance.
• Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing Salesforce support.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform features, best practices, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms and solutions.
• Relevant Salesforce certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, automation, and CRM processes is an advantage.
