Salesforce Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We're establishing a cross-functional team responsible for the solution design, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications — including Salesforce Enterprise Edition, NetSuite (2025.2), and Workday HCM. As our Salesforce Specialist, you'll own the Salesforce platform end to end: configuring it to fit the business, keeping data clean and secure, and integrating it with the wider application ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce — objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions
• Administer and optimise Sales Cloud to support sales processes and reporting
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage data quality — imports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Support light customisation using Apex and Lightning components
• Partner with the wider enterprise applications team (NetSuite, Workday HCM) on cross-system design and support
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce users

About you

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Specialist
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules)
• Experience with Sales Cloud
• Working knowledge of Apex basics and familiarity with Lightning components
• Solid data management skills — imports, deduplication, and permissions
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification
• Exposure to NetSuite and/or Workday HCM environments
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a cross-functional team
