💼 Role: Salesforce Support Engineer

What You'll Do:

🔧 Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and APAC partner support

, including user access, data fixes, configuration changes, and troubleshooting

🛠️ Build and maintain Zapier integrations and FormAssembly forms

, including Salesforce connectors, webhooks, data flows, and third-party integrations

📈 Configure and optimize  Salesforce Flows, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security, and data management

🤝 Collaborate with  regional operational teams and internal stakeholders

to gather requirements, prioritize requests, support partner onboarding, and deliver system enhancements

📝 Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot integration issues, test and deploy changes safely, and  document configurations, fixes, integrations, and support processes

or wider team use

What We're Looking For:

✅ Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to  troubleshoot issues, evaluate options, and make sound decisions

✅ Self-driven and proactive, with strong ownership, prioritization, and workload management

skills

✅ Methodical and detail-oriented approach, particularly when managing changes and configurations in live systems

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

, with the ability to document solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

✅ Quick learner with a collaborative mindset; Salesforce certification, integration/ETL experience, Marketing Cloud, SOQL/Apex, or Higher Education exposure
