About the Role: Drive the technical setup, security, and day-to-day governance of our enterprise CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CRM technical design, security rules, and platform access strategies.
- Guide technical teams on data integration patterns and system architecture standards.
- Identify technical risks early and maintain platform documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in technical architecture for CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Strong background in custom development, integrations, and cloud data modeling.
Work Setup: Mid Shift | Hybrid (2x/week RTO in BGC, Taguig)
