Salesforce Technical Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Salesforce tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Salesforce best practices, configuration, and customization.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures related to data security, privacy, and quality.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in Sales Force Development (SFDC) architecture or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes & Triggers, Visualforce Pages etc. .
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
