Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead technical architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and define appropriate technical solutions.
• Make architecture and technology decisions focused on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design and implement Salesforce APIs and enterprise integrations with external applications and platforms.
• Drive Headless Salesforce and API-first architecture initiatives.
• Design modern application architectures using appropriate integration patterns and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Evaluate existing solutions and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to Salesforce AI and Agentic AI initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities.
• Ensure technical solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and development best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, design sessions, and client meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Headless Salesforce / API-first Salesforce architecture.
• Experience designing modern application architectures and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API technologies.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI / Agentic AI and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
• Strong understanding of application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both clients and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce architecture initiatives.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with multiple external systems and platforms.
• Experience in cloud-based and distributed application architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
