- Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce products.
Job Requirements :
- 12-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong expertise in SFDC (Salesforce) development, configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
