About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements, develop scalable Salesforce solutions, support integrations, and continuously enhance the platform. You will gain exposure to modern Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Configuration

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and enhance custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Follow Salesforce development and security best practices.

Agentforce & AI Exposure

• Support the development and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Assist in configuring AI-powered actions, prompts, and workflows.
• Gain exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder.
• Develop Apex actions and LWC components to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Support the implementation of appropriate security and governance controls for AI-enabled solutions.

Integration & Technical Development

• Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with middleware and integration teams to troubleshoot and enhance integrations.
• Understand and implement secure and scalable integration patterns.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on technical solution design.

Platform & Release Support

• Support Salesforce deployments, releases, and environment management.
• Work with Salesforce DX, Git, and version control.
• Participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Monitor system performance and help identify opportunities for platform optimization.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Follow Salesforce security, data, and development standards.
• Contribute to reusable components and technical documentation.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Participate in requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and demos.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, and developers on solution delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Good understanding of:

• Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce Flows and automation

• Salesforce configuration and customization

• Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX and Git.

• Understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and data access.

• Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, or Model Builder is an advantage.

• Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder is preferred.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to learn new Salesforce technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
