What they need
Role & responsibilities
Experienced Salesforce Technical Developer to design and lead secure integrations between external AI assistant and Salesforce environments. Should have knowledge of multi-tenant architecture ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
- Ensure secure, multi-tenant access with strict data isolation
- Design & develop offline caching and sync strategies
- Implement governance controls, audit logging, and admin configuration
- Support Salesforce Security Review and enterprise compliance requirements
- Enable AI-to-Salesforce function calling with grounded, secure responses
- Deep knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce security model
- Experience with OAuth, SSO, and API integrations
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations & Agentforce development (preferred)
