Position : Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect (Healthcare)

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai (2-days Hybrid)

Shift Time: 3pm to 1am IST

Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud OR Healthcare domain projects.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR integrations, and healthcare workflows is preferred.
• Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
• Implement solutions on Salesforce platforms, including Health Cloud or healthcare-focused applications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and healthcare platforms.
• Gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members (Lead/Architect level).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex and LWC is mandatory.
• Experience in either Salesforce Health Cloud or Healthcare domain projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2, Administrator, Health Cloud, Architect) and experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).
