Required Technical Skill Set
- Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Health Cloud, Service Cloud
- Enterprise data architecture, MDM, data governance
- Identity resolution, data harmonization, segmentation
- AI/Agentforce, Einstein Analytics, CRM Analytics
- Security, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), cloud architecture
Desired Competencies - Must Have
- End-to-end solution architecture ownership
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
- Good to Have
- Healthcare / Life Sciences domain experience
- Pre-sales, RFP, and solution estimations
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model
Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role - Define target-state Data 360 architecture aligned with business outcomes
- Lead solution design across Salesforce, integrations, and enterprise data platforms
- Provide architectural governance and design reviews
- Collaborate with client leadership, product owners, and delivery teams
- Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution walkthroughs
