Position: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead with 7–10+ years of Salesforce experience to lead the design, development, integration, data migration, deployment, and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Integrations, Data Migration, Deployment, Security & Access Management, Email Configuration, Reports & Dashboards, and Salesforce development best practices.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, leading a team of Salesforce developers, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex technical issues, coordinating deployments, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Hands-on technical expertise is mandatory. This is not a purely managerial role.
