Salesforce Technical Lead (Managed Services)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services to join our Business Application Consulting team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that help clients improve business performance and achieve their strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will also drive innovation, mentor team members, and maintain high standards across Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce consulting and implementation projects from planning to delivery
• Analyze client requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to project teams
• Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems and enterprise applications
• Develop project architecture, delivery plans, and implementation strategies
• Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
• Mentor team members and promote Salesforce best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous innovation
• Ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or related roles
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation or managed services projects
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; additional Salesforce certifications are preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and teams
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
