Salesforce Test Lead

About the role

An experienced Salesforce QA Test Lead/Manager role providing quality leadership across enterprise Salesforce projects, platform enhancements and BAU operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, quality frameworks, standards and governance
• Establish quality gates, release-readiness criteria and assurance processes
• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects, squads and vendors
• Review test strategies and plans prepared by QA teams
• Manage defect governance, triage, root-cause analysis and reporting
• Oversee testing for production fixes, enhancements, incidents and platform maintenance
• Support Salesforce seasonal releases, upgrades and regression testing
• Drive automation-first testing and quality engineering practices
• Establish reusable automation frameworks and regression suites
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub and shift-left testing initiatives

About you

• Proven experience as a QA Lead/Manager or Quality Engineering Lead
• Strong Salesforce testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Strong functional, integration, API and end-to-end testing experience
• Hands-on automation experience using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools
• API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured or equivalent
• Experience designing automation frameworks, test-data solutions and regression suites
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub and modern engineering practices
• Experience delivering across both project and BAU environments
• Experience managing partners, vendors and distributed delivery teams
• Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder-management capabilities
