Job Title: Salesforce Tester

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

🕒 Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night IST)

🧾 Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications. The role involves end-to-end testing, defect management, and close collaboration with development and business teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce applications
• Test Salesforce Flows, Objects, Workflows, and Integrations
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Identify, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools
• Validate data accuracy and system performance
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and testing best practices
• Support release cycles and production deployments

✅ Requirements:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing / QA
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Flows, Objects, Reports, Security Model)
• Experience in manual testing and test documentation
• Understanding of API testing / integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (client-facing preferred)

• Experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Apex / SOQL
• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder / QA-related)
