• Designed and executed comprehensive test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ applications to ensure high-quality releases.
• Performed functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce business processes and CPQ workflows.
• Validated Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, approvals, and contract management.
• Developed and maintained automation test scripts using Playwright with Java to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
• Automated UI and end-to-end test scenarios across Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Executed API testing and validated data flow between Salesforce, CPQ, and external systems.
