Salesforce Tutor / Instructor

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tutor / Instructor to train students, beginners, and working professionals in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly through practical examples and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Salesforce concepts from beginner to advanced levels.
• Provide structured training based on the learner's goals and experience.
• Cover topics such as:
• Salesforce CRM Fundamentals
• Salesforce Administration
• Objects, Fields, Relationships, and Data Management
• Security and Access Controls
• Reports and Dashboards
• Workflow and Automation
• Validation Rules and Approval Processes
• Salesforce Flow
• Apex Programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL and SOSL
• Salesforce Integration and APIs
• Provide hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world Salesforce scenarios.
• Help students understand Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Prepare assignments, practice exercises, and learning materials.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student progress.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and clear technical doubts.
• Help learners prepare for Salesforce certification exams and interviews.
• Conduct effective online training using digital teaching platforms.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Administration and development.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Previous teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation tools.
• Experience with APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience working on real-world Salesforce projects.
• Ability to teach beginners as well as experienced professionals.
• Strong interview and certification preparation skills.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
