Job Description :- Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals and cost optimization.
• Oversee architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management of Salesforce applications.
• Lead integrations with ServiceNow, DevOps pipelines, and Cloud COE.
• Drive AI-driven automation and analytics to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security across Salesforce operations.
• Manage financialsbudgeting, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
• Build and lead high-performing onshore/offshore teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Core Skills & Approach

• Hands-on technical leadershipable to review architecture, pipelines, and code/config.
• Strong DevOps mindsetautomate deployment, testing, and operations.
• Champion AI tools and measure impact on speed and quality.
• Operate as an extension of business teams, not a remote PMO.
• Run on data and metricsflow, reliability, quality, cost, and business KPIs.
• Communicate clearly executive storytelling, transparent status, and risk management.

Required Experience

• 12+ years in CRM strategy and delivery; 5+ years in Salesforce leadership.
• Proven success managing large-scale Salesforce programs and integrations.
• Strong financial management and vendor governance experience.
• Expertise in DevOps, agile delivery, and distributed team leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management up to VP/C-level.

Technical Expertise

• Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing
• Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flows, API Integrations
• ServiceNow , DevOps pipelines, AI/automation frameworks
• CI/CD, packaging, sandbox strategy, release management
• Data and security model design , integration patterns (APIs, ETL, ESB)
• Salesforce certifications ( Admin, Developer, Architect) preferred
