Job Title : Salesforce/Certinia Finance Functional Trainee - Billing and Revenue Management

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit, credit, general ledger, and chart of accounts.
• proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Familiarity with invoices, credit notes, billing schedules, and recurring billing.
• Basic knowledge of deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and revenue recognition principles.
• Understanding of journal entries, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Basic exposure to Salesforce concepts, including Accounts, Contacts, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Flow.
• Understanding of user stories, test cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Certinia (FinancialForce) Financial Management solutions.
• Understand and document finance and accounting business processes.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Billing, and Revenue Management activities.
• Good analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance)) or CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification.
