Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colours, and alternatives.
• Support billing and other showroom operations when required.
• Maintain proper product arrangement and stock presentation.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and grooming standards.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve showroom targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience in Footwear, Fashion, other retail industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in a retail showroom environment.
