Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and honest salesman to sell brass and aluminium statues and antique pieces to shops, showrooms, gift stores, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell brass and aluminium statues, decorative items, and antique pieces.
• Find new customers such as shops, showrooms, hotels, gift stores, interior designers, and dealers.
• Explain product quality, finish, design, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the company.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and secure repeat orders.
• Submit daily sales reports and payment collection updates to the company.
• Share market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand feedback.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹[Amount] per month (target-based)
• Incentive: Additional incentive on achieving the target ([%] commission or fixed amount).
• Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per working day, paid along with the monthly salary.

Salary Structure (Target-Based)

• Salary is linked to the monthly sales target.
• Achieving the target earns the full salary plus incentive.
• Sales above the target earn an extra incentive/bonus.
• Target details will be clearly explained at the time of joining.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Must own a bike (with a valid driving license and vehicle documents).
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (graduates preferred).
• Sales or marketing experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Knowledge of brass, aluminium, handicrafts, or antique items is a plus.
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with people.
• Good knowledge of the local area and market.
• Hardworking, honest, and punctual.

Working Hours

[10:00 AM to 6:00 PM] (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
