About MissWhence

MissWhence is a premium women's fashion brand based in Dubai, offering stylish, contemporary clothing collections.

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand our customer network, develop new business opportunities, and increase sales across the UAE.

This is an outdoor sales position, not an office-based role. The successful candidate will actively visit potential customers, introduce our collections, establish business relationships, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search for and acquire new customers across Dubai and the UAE.
• Visit fashion boutiques, clothing retailers, fashion businesses, and potential wholesale buyers.
• Present and promote MissWhence women's fashion collections to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Negotiate with potential buyers and close sales.
• Follow up with customers to secure repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide regular updates on customer visits, potential leads, and completed sales.
• Represent the MissWhence brand professionally during customer meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience in women's fashion, clothing, retail, or wholesale sales is a strong advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to independently find customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai retail market is an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to meet prospective customers.
• English communication skills are required. Additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: AED 2,000
• Sales Commission: Additional commission on successful sales

Work Environment

This position requires active fieldwork. The employee will spend most of their working time visiting potential customers, developing business connections, presenting our collections, and closing sales.
