JOB DESCRIPTION: CHINESE-SPEAKING SALESMAN

Commission: 2.5%

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Chinese-Speaking Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and sales reports.
• Negotiate prices and sales terms with customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and market research when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin), including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Sales Commission: 2.5%, subject to the company's commission policy.
