Regal GMC/Acura is looking for self-motivated and career-driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond to inquiries from customers via email, text, phone, and in person in a timely manner.
• Properly demonstrate the product and perform test drives.
• Sell vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships with new and returning clients.
• Interact professionally with customers and fellow employees alike.
• Follow through with post-sale support, ensuring customers remain satisfied and informed.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not necessarily required.
• Must be professional, well spoken, and have the ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Must be driven and have a desire to succeed.
• We are a Drug Free Workplace - Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills
