Salesman - Sales Representative

About the role

Salesman / Sales Representative for Fragrance & Cosmetics products. The role involves selling company products, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through mobile field work and prospecting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Offer and sell company products to customers
• Provide input to Brand Manager in developing sales programs
• Request orders and order estimates from customers
• Conduct routine visits to customers and prospecting visits to acquire new customers
• Follow up on new product offers until orders are received
• Check product stock availability before visits
• Periodically survey competitor product prices of similar items for price analysis
• Create visit reports and document daily sales target achievement and realization

About you

• Approximately 30 years old
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Preferred experience in GT sales, B2B, Fragrance & Cosmetics
• Preferred to have own vehicle, motorcycle, and active Class C driving license
• Willing to work mobile, target oriented, communicative
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, persistent
• Able to work both individually and in teams
• Good interpersonal skills and personality
• Negotiation ability
