Job Summary

Duties

• Assist in daily store operations, including sales transactions, inventory management, and merchandising
• Support the management team in supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient shift execution
• Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees
• Help oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs to foster team growth
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism
• Contribute to inventory control through stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing adjustments
• Develop leadership skills by supervising team members, managing schedules, and coordinating store activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, inventory calculations, and budgeting tasks
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Experience in supervising or managing teams within a retail environment is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for store operations
