Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits to encourage purchasing decisions
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with product organization

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proven experience in technology or retail sales with a focus on product demonstrations and technical explanations
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills enhance customer engagement across language barriers
• Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills combined with active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing sales data
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
• Professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or via digital channels
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
