Sales/Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Patient Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth experience for patients. The ideal candidate will assist patients throughout their visit, provide information about clinic services, and support appointment coordination while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and assist them with inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
• Provide clear information about clinic services, packages, and general procedures
• Support patient flow between reception, clinical, and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as required
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
• Assist with administrative tasks related to patient coordination
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, or similar role
• Experience in a medical, aesthetic, or healthcare clinic is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with clinic systems or CRM is a plus
