What You'll Do

This is a 100% commission, uncapped opportunity where your income is directly tied to your effort and results.

You'll build relationships with real estate investors while helping them purchase exclusive off-market investment properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Speak with qualified investor leads generated through company marketing
• Match investors with exclusive off-market properties before they reach the MLS
• Guide clients from the initial conversation through closing
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and relationship building
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, Facebook groups, reverse lookup tools, and market research
• Execute email outreach and consistent follow-up
• Develop long-term investor relationships that lead to repeat business

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of sales experience (industry doesn't matter)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Fort Worth area
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply

Before You Apply

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation is 100% commission
• A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of your start date (licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility)
