Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chandigarh. The Salesperson will engage with customers in person, understand their vehicle needs, present suitable used car options, and guide them through the complete sales process. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting vehicle walk-throughs and test drives, explaining pricing and financing options, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales. The role also involves coordinating with inventory and operations teams to ensure vehicles are available, presentable, and properly documented, as well as following up with potential buyers to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a professional and respectful communication style.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles, particularly used cars, including key features and value considerations.
• Comfort using digital tools or CRM systems to track leads, update inventory details, and document sales.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions each day.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn company processes, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold ethical sales practices.
