SALES/PROJECT ENGINEER

About the role

Responsible for overseeing business development and product sales and after sales invoicing involving 275kV/132kV/33kV/11kV products and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improvement or upgrades
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Ability to hold self and direct reports accountable
• Attend to site to support customer on after sales support
• Extensive electrical product knowledge (advantage)

About you

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electrical sales management preferably in high voltage equipment.
• Experience with electrical systems, and product knowledge.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
