Remodeling Sales & Project Manager

We are a growing residential remodeling company looking for experienced Sales & Project Managers to join our team in Southern California.

This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who can sell remodeling projects and manage the jobs they close from contract through completion.

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners and evaluate remodeling projects
• Prepare estimates and close contracts
• Manage the projects you sell
• Coordinate subcontractors and schedules
• Communicate with customers
• Control job costs and protect profitability
• Help ensure projects are completed properly and on time

We Are Looking For

Candidates with experience in:

• Remodeling sales
• Construction sales
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Roofing, HVAC, windows, solar or other home-improvement sales
• Construction estimating or project management
• High-ticket in-home sales

You should be confident with homeowners, organized, motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

1099 Independent Contractor
