Sales/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage the waiting list, and assign tables
• Answer phone calls, messages, and online inquiries
• Take and confirm reservations, event bookings, and takeout or delivery orders
• Promote menu items, set meals, promos, and catering packages to boost sales
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into bookings
• Handle guest questions and resolve complaints politely
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team so orders and reservations run smoothly
• Keep the reception area clean and presentable
• Assist with cash handling or POS transactions, if needed
• Keep accurate records of reservations, inquiries, and daily sales

Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher (college level or graduate preferred)
• Previous experience in restaurant service, sales, or reception is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a strong customer service attitude
• Comfortable with sales and upselling
• Basic computer skills (Facebook/Messenger, Google Sheets, or a POS system)
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
