SALESS ASSOCIATE

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients to present financial planning products and services
• Conduct client consultations to understand their financial needs and objectives
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on financial planning solutions tailored to client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and transaction details
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with senior advisors and management to develop effective sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, ideally within financial services, banking or a related sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to understand and explain financial products
• Self-motivated and result-driven with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
• Sound knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional presentation skills and a polished personal demeanour
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to undertake relevant financial services training and certifications
• Preferably, previous experience in direct sales or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
