About us

We are the world's exclusive exporter of Freshwater King Salmon. With a team of more than 200 people across the South Island, we operate salmon farms in Twizel, a processing facility in Timaru, a smokehouse in Christchurch, and our corporate office in Queenstown. We offer stable, full-time employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week and the opportunity to be part of an experienced team.

What you’ll be doing

• Production: prepare award-winning cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon, and salmon spread.
• Processing: trimming, portioning, bagging, vacuum packing, and pin boning.
• Using equipment: setting up, operating, and cleaning equipment.
• Packing: stickering, labelling, packing, and organising.

What you’ll bring

• Work eligibility and licence: the right to work and drive in NZ.
• Mindset: willingness to learn and give things a go.
• Attitude: a great team mentality, reliability and punctuality.
• Experience: previous seafood processing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
