• How You Contribute Main duties and responsibilities
• Support regional training needs with solid in-store coaching experience. Be able to deliver fundamental training programs and tracking the results. Job scope
• Collect retail learning needs, analysis the gap and develop content / methods / tools to fulfill in store/regional level.
• Responsible for delivering orientation, service & product training courses at a regional level and keeping follow-up with the training results.
• Capable of being a training role model in regional training activities. Able to identify core opportunities of stores during store visits and resolve the problems or drive improvements at store level through in store training/ coaching.
• Work very closely with retail and training team to follow up training results and conduct store visit & onsite coaching to frontline staff. Role Qualifications Working seniority and experiences
• Minimum 2-3 years’ solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in Sports/fashion/cosmetics brand
• Solid experience in training needs analysis, in-store coaching, training materials development at a store level, products and service training.
• Passion for training, logistical thinking, hard worker, teamwork spirit is a must, strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin. Good in reading and writing in English will be a plus. Education level and qualifications： University/college Degree preferred

Core competency：

• Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
• Good communication, organization and presentation skills
• Professional road running or trail running experience will be an essential
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Solid retail sales experience would be a plus
