Duties

• Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in and appointment scheduling using salon software such as Rosy
• Prepare styling stations by sanitizing tools and ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized
• Support stylists with hair coloring, hair extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services as directed
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations
• Assist with upselling retail products related to hair care, hair coloring, and styling services to enhance client satisfaction
• Manage client communication effectively, including follow-up appointments and feedback collection
• Support store management in daily operations, including inventory management and maintaining a professional salon environment

Requirements

• Prior experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background preferred; relevant certifications such as cosmetology license are a plus
• Knowledge of salon software systems like ROSY for scheduling and client management
• Proficiency in hair care techniques, including hair styling, coloring.
• Strong communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to mentor new team members or assist in training on salon procedures and product knowledge
• Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to learn about new trends, techniques, and products
