Salon Coordinator

The Salon Coordinator is the heartbeat of the salon, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. This role blends front‑of‑house excellence, operational organisation, and team support to keep the salon running smoothly and professionally.

Guest Experience & Front‑of‑House Excellence

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑ins, bookings, and walk‑ins with professionalism
• Maintain a polished, calm, and welcoming environment
• Support stylists by preparing guests, managing flow, and anticipating needs
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and follow‑ups with brand‑aligned communication
• Ensure every guest feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their visit

Operational Coordination

• Manage daily salon schedule, ensuring efficient flow and minimal wait times
• Oversee POS operations including payments, refunds, vouchers, and loyalty program enrolment
• Maintain salon cleanliness standards across reception, waiting areas, and shared spaces
• Coordinate stock levels for retail and professional backbar, including ordering and replenishment
• Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Retail & Sales Support

• Present retail shelves with impeccable visual merchandising and cleanliness
• Support stylists with product recommendations and test‑and‑try experiences at the basin
• Track retail performance and support team focus areas
• Promote current offers, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives

Team & Administrative Support

• Assist the Salon Manager with communication, and daily priorities

• Manage incoming calls

• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and operational policies

You will need:

• Experience and knowledge in Retail Sales
• Passion for guest experience
• Experience in a similar role
• To be available on weekends
• Background in hairdressing
