Are you an experienced Hairdresser who is ready to step off the salon floor and into a Front of House role?

Intaglio Hair is looking for a professional, confident and highly organised Salon Coordinator to manage our Front of House on Sundays.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hairdresser who would enjoy using their industry knowledge, client experience and organisational skills in a different capacity, while stepping off the tools.

About the Role

As our Sunday Salon Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of Intaglio Hair, ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and greeting clients in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
• Managing our Front of House and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
• Answering and managing phone enquiries.
• Managing client bookings and appointments.
• Assisting with our online store.
• Responding to client enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Supporting the team throughout the day.
• Keeping on top of multiple tasks in a busy salon environment.
• Ensuring the salon remains organised and welcoming.
• Handling day-to-day Front of House administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Professional, confident and approachable.
• Warm, friendly and genuinely enjoys interacting with clients.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Confident answering the phone and communicating with clients.
• Good at multitasking and staying calm in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using booking systems and online platforms.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Well presented, mature minded, and understands the high standards of a professional salon.
• Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

Previous experience as a Hairdresser is essential, as you'll understand the salon environment, our clients and the needs of a professional hairdressing team.

$55–$60 per hour, depending on experience and suitability.

There is a potential for increased hours over the next 6–12 months. For the right candidate more hours can be offered earlier.

This could therefore become an exciting longer-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the salon.
