Salon Coordinator

Duties:

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Assist with retail sales, including upselling salon products and jewelry
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and track inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate effectively with clients, stylists, and other salon staff
• Provide information about salon services and promotions
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele
• Ensure phone etiquette is professional and friendly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling and sales preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
• Familiarity with technology sales, such as POS systems or retail software
• Knowledge of Beauty sales is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
