Salon Front Desk Receptionist

Paulo Lanfredi Salon is looking for a full time front desk coordinator for our salon at 401 Greenwich Avenue.

You are the first person our clients see and the first voice they hear. Most of the job is the phone, the booking calendar, and making people feel looked after from the moment they walk in.

What you will do

Answer the phones and book appointments

Greet clients and get them settled

Manage the daily schedule and keep the day running on time

Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling

Take payments and check clients out

Keep the front of the salon clean and in order

Support the stylists so they can stay with their clients

What we are looking for

Comfortable on the phone and good with people

Organized, and calm when the salon gets busy

Reliable. The team depends on the front desk

Salon or spa experience is a plus, not required

Weekend availability

What we offer

18 to 20 dollars per hour, depending on experience

Full time, steady hours

An established salon on Greenwich Avenue with a steady client base

A small team that works together

We will train you on our booking system. If you are organized, warm with people, and you want a place where you are part of the team and not just a desk, we would like to meet you.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
