Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and daily operational matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
About you
- Previous experience in salon management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, organised, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
