HiSUGARS is Bali’s specialist body sugaring salon — 8 years operating, 4 locations, 1,000+ clients served monthly, and winner of the 2024 World Luxury Award for Best Salon Team.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Salon Manager to join our team at our Batu Belig, Seminyak branch.

As our Salon Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the salon’s daily operations — welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling administration, and coordinating with our therapists to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and team.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling

• Handle administrative tasks, including payments and daily reporting

• Provide accurate information about salon services and products

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Ensure salon procedures, service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained

• Support and communicate with the management team regarding daily operations and salon performance

• Help create a positive, professional, and supportive working environment for the team

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Friendly, communicative, and confident when interacting with clients
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Professional and well-presented
• Able to work and communicate effectively within a team
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic administrative systems
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, administration, or salon operations is a plus
• Interest in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
