Hiring: Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and professional Salon Manager to join our ladies’ salon in Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the salon
• Supervise and coordinate salon staff
• Organize staff schedules and appointments
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and salon standards
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional salon environment
• Help achieve sales and business targets
• Support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Well-organized, responsible, and professional
• Good knowledge of salon operations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Work Location: Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
