Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & AdministrationManage day-to-day salon operations - opening/closing, appointments, staff rosteringEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards (tools sterilization, sanitization)Manage inventory, stock ordering of products, retail, and consumablesHandle billing, POS, daily cash closing, and expense reportingMaintain salon equipment and coordinate servicing
Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise stylists, therapists, front desk, and housekeeping staffSet performance targets, conduct appraisals, motivate teamSchedule shifts and manage attendance/leaveConduct product knowledge and customer service training
Customer Service & SalesEnsure excellent customer service and handle client complaints/feedbackBuild strong client relationships to increase retention and re-bookingUpsell salon services, memberships, packages, and retail productsAchieve monthly revenue and retail sales targets
Marketing & GrowthPlan and execute local promotions, offers, and loyalty programsManage Google reviews, social media queries, and online reputationCoordinate with marketing team for campaigns and eventsTrack KPIs: client footfall, average bill value, staff productivity
