Job Summary

Rawls Salon is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, drive sales, maintain service quality, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, beauticians, therapists, and support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor bookings, appointments, walk-ins, and customer flow.
• Drive salon revenue by achieving monthly sales and service targets.
• Promote salon services, packages, memberships, products, and ongoing offers.
• Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure proper inventory management of salon products, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of required supplies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and safety across the salon.
• Ensure that all services are delivered according to Rawls Salon’s quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate management instructions effectively to the team.
• Track customer retention, repeat visits, feedback, and overall satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the management team regarding sales performance, staffing, operational issues, and branch requirements.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
