Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, coordinate staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication and team-handling skills with relevant experience in salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate salon staff and daily schedules.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor appointments, service schedules, and customer flow.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor salon supplies, products, and inventory requirements.
• Support sales activities and contribute towards achieving salon targets.
• Maintain basic operational records and daily reports.
• Ensure salon policies, cleanliness, and service standards are followed.
• Assist the management in improving customer satisfaction and overall salon performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in salon management or salon operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team coordination and staff-handling abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and daily operations efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of salon services and products is preferred.
