We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salon Manager to lead our Toowong salon team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment a guest walks through the door. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who understands that outstanding consultations, seamless salon systems, and strong stylist support are the foundation of a successful salon.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily salon operations, ensuring every guest receives a great experience while supporting the team to perform at their best. With a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, you will drive performance across appointments, retail, stock management, guest records, team support, and overall salon efficiency.
